Mikaela Kamish
Marketing Director · your main point of contact
Mikaela has led marketing for the branch since 2022 — brand and web design, social strategy, events, and the co-marketing engine behind some of the Twin Cities' busiest mortgage teams. If it carries the branch's name, odds are it crossed her desk first.
Realtor partners know her as the person who answers "can you help me with…?" with "already started." She sets the strategy, protects the brands — yours included — and makes sure everything the studio ships is something worth putting your name on.
The producer
Molly Stenerson
Marketing Coordinator
Molly is the reason things ship on time. A marketing graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, she runs production for the studio — coordinating content days, building campaign assets, managing event logistics, and keeping a dozen moving pieces moving in the same direction.
If Mikaela is the architect, Molly is the general contractor: shot lists, print deadlines, RSVP tracking, edit queues. Partners feel her work every time a deliverable shows up early.
The bigger picture

Mikaela and Molly work alongside business development, loan partners, processors, and the loan officers of our Eden Prairie branch — a single office that served 963 families with $348M funded in 2025.
That's the difference between a marketing vendor and a marketing team: when your campaign generates a buyer, the hand-off to a licensed loan officer happens down the hall, not across a contract.
